Participation Form

Required of all student participants (cast, crew, and production team).

DEADLINE for On the Town participants: Tuesday, Sept. 19

NOTE! This form will not work if you use an AOL or Yahoo address in the “Student email” field (only this one; it’s fine to use AOL or Yahoo addresses in the other email fields). If you only have an AOL or Yahoo address, enter “participant@whitmandrama.com” as the “Student email” AND then enter your AOL or Yahoo address in the “Student true email” field.

FEES

Participation fee is required of all student participants (cast, crew, and production team) and includes three meals, cast party, end-of-year drama banquet, one show t-shirt, program costs, senior roses, and staff/appreciation gifts. If this fee is a financial hardship, please email Christoper Gerken to arrange scholarship assistance.

Costume fee is required of all cast members and is used to defray the cost of renting and/or purchasing costumes for each production. Please note that the costumes purchased for the show are the property of Whitman Drama and do not go home with the actors after the show. If this fee is a financial hardship, please email Christoper Gerken to arrange scholarship assistance.

Pay at pay4schoolstuff.com (payment button below) after submitting this form. If you choose not to pay online, you can send a check, payable to Walt Whitman Drama Boosters. to Glenn Makl, Whitman Drama Boosters Treasurer, 7105 Braeburn Place, Bethesda, MD 20817. Please include the name of your child on your check, and if your payment includes amounts beyond the required participation fees, please include a list of those payments.
