Participation Form

Required of all student participants (cast, crew, and production team).

NOTE! This form will not work if you use an AOL or Yahoo address in the “Student email” field (only this one; it’s fine to use AOL or Yahoo addresses in the other email fields). If you only have an AOL or Yahoo address, enter “” as the “Student email” AND then enter your AOL or Yahoo address in the “Student true email” field.


Participation fee is required of all student participants (cast, crew, and production team) and includes three meals, cast party, end-of-year drama banquet, one show t-shirt, program costs, senior roses, and staff/appreciation gifts. If this fee is a financial hardship, please email Jill Chenok or Amy Strent to arrange scholarship assistance.

Pay at (payment button below) after submitting this form. If you choose not to pay online, you can send a check, payable to Walt Whitman Drama Boosters. to Glenn Makl, Whitman Drama Boosters Treasurer, 7105 Braeburn Place, Bethesda, MD 20817. Please include the name of your child on your check, and if your payment includes amounts beyond the required participation fees, please include a list of those payments.
