Participation Form

Required of all student participants (cast, crew, and production team).
DEADLINE for Talent Show participants: Monday February 6th

NOTE! This form will not work if you use an AOL or Yahoo address in the “Student email” field (only this one; it’s fine to use AOL or Yahoo addresses in the other email fields). If you only have an AOL or Yahoo address, enter “” as the “Student email” AND then enter your AOL or Yahoo address in the “Student true email” field.


Participation fee is required of all student participants (cast, crew, and production team) and includes three meals, cast party, end-of-year drama banquet, one show t-shirt, program costs, senior roses, and staff/appreciation gifts. If this fee is a financial hardship, please email Christoper Gerken to arrange scholarship assistance.

Pay at (payment button below) after submitting this form. If you choose not to pay online, you can send or deliver before the due date a check that includes the name of your child and is made payable to Walt Whitman Drama Boosters, Inc. to:  Peggy May, WWDB Treasurer, 8318 Comanche Court, Bethesda, MD 20817  If your payment includes amounts beyond the required participation fees, please include a list of those payments.
